At Credavesta we respect your privacy and apply Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights.

2. Purpose
We process the personal data provided through the subscription form (name and email) solely for the purpose of sending the weekly newsletter about environmental awareness, as well as for answering enquiries related to the editorial content of the website.
3. Legal basis
The legal basis for the processing is the express consent given by the user by ticking the corresponding box in the form, in accordance with Article 6.1.a of the GDPR.
4. Retention
Personal data will be retained while the subscription is active or until the user requests its deletion. Afterwards, the data will be kept blocked during the legally applicable periods.
5. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, restriction and portability by writing to privacidad@credavesta.com attaching a copy of an identity document. You may also file a complaint before the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
6. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse, in accordance with Article 32 of the GDPR.
